If my exaughst is leaking its so slightly it's un noticeable. And how does a exaughst not seating perfectly make my cylinder lines?

In that picture youre showing the boost port side of that piston. If that half moon section towards the exhaust port is how you installed your piston, you installed it back wards.

dude your leaking looking at it. is there black around the exhuast flange on your bike? wipe it shiny clean and leave it that way. you got to keep the exhaust port not scratched. i had a 66cc motor. i had an exhaust leak. i cant confirm it was the exhaust leak that done this. but i ran a 2 minute heat up break in. i noticed smoke coming around my exhaust flange. took the motor apart after that. it was brand new shiny. it was scratched, exactly hjow your's is.

the only other causes of my 66cc scratches. a manifold leak i found later, or maybe not wiping out the motor. but it was localized damage not all over. like yours. so, i dont think metal shavings.
If you saw that metal had been scraped off, why would you think there wasnt going to be any metal shaving?

Tylor can you take another picture of the other side of the piston.

I instald it the right way the pic I showed of piston is on opposite side of the two lines. There is nothing that lines up with the two lines in cylinder not even the edges of piston skirt

The other side of piston looks perfect still I think the two lines are from the piston pushing against exaughst port side wen it made the mini sieze line I Cleaned and re installed I hope it doesn't ruin the whole kit I. Don't have time or money for hone and new piston and rings

are you saying there a line the cylinder ex side but not the piston ex side ? And a mark on the piston on the boost port side and not on the cylinder boost port side ? Dude i think you installed the piston the wrong way around

No I didn't for the fiftieth time there is two perfect smooth lines with no scratches and the piston is perfect on that side but then there is the other side of piston with the little tiny sieze line and the cylinder matches with it but the cylinder isn't bad u can hardly see with an eye glass any damage to cylinder and if you both think I had it in back words you half dumb look at the different kinds of lines they are and there's only one on piston but two in cylinder

the reason people are saying you have it back is how the jug looks with the marks shood be in the back of the jugs not by the export ....
did not see a photo of the piston in the jug....
