The harness pieces are found from a headlight and unused tail light pig tail from a kymco zx50 and a standard 6 pin connector from an electronics store. The problem is the pin connectors are not in the same locations so you do have to play connect the dots with the wiring diagram. I'm not sure if the super dio and the live share the same wiring but it wasn't hard.
Someone has to machine or grind down a key to make an offset for the af series. I'm kind of surprised no one has tried to sell one yet. Or maybe they did a long time ago. I'm not sure about the timing on the af series at all. I have spent no time researching it unfortunately. Something tells me it's close to its full potential at stock bore as it is.

Since my bikes are JDM Dios, the CDIs plug right up. I imagine it would be a real hassle with the USDM Elite harness.

my bikes are all jdm aswell .This cdi unit is plug and play with my Niftyfifty (jap spree).I have a full stock tidy eve smile on its way from japan aswell .I have a kymco zx im gonna strip and fit the disk brake and streched motor with 12"rims

the cdi is not like the ones on webike.My one looks like it was made in the 90s .If you google image search daytona thunderbolt cdi it comes up on the first page its black with a external plug and some wires coming out for the switch

The daytona cdi made for jdm bike only and plug/play connector. Japan Factory cdi has a speed restriction.
They are not made for usa honda elites or spree.. stock honda cdi can go over 75mph. Lol

none of the scooters ive got out of japan have had a restricted cdi .I heard they are but none of mine have been and i imported them from japan myself

Do you folks have info or a link for the Live Dio wiring? I searched further on the site link from sanjuro, and see Live Dio appears to use the same 6 pin connector shell as our CDI's. The Chameleon gives the best view. The Progress "R" for Live Dio looks much like the Super Dio model, but with a 6 pin connector.

maybe some one shood try putting a NS50 cdi on a elite motor ???? we no stock NS50 will do higher rpm then a stock elite.. so i wood bet the timing dose not have a flit spot...
