I have asked a friend at MENSA about this and hopefully will have an answer soon. Canister/muffler style exhaust doesnt use the same layout for sure. That drawing is for chamber style pipes only.

all i have read on here and other spots say the bigger the head pipe the bigger the bore needs to be ..
