While you are waiting for Spring try replacing the vacuum hoses, one at a time so you don't screw them up. It's not worth looking for cracks, just do it. Replace the fuel line, too. Then be sure the gas tank is clean and maybe drain out the old gas and fill it when you decide to start it again. Make sure there's no air leaks between the carb and the engine. It's going to run.

Ok so I just found out that my moped is a 87 Iowa spree :/ I know they are slower, and I hate being slow! So I know they have a restrictor on the muffler some place that I need to remove or drill out. And if I do that I need a new jet! I would like to know exactly what I need to do so that it will go normal speed! thanks!
