heat your can of paint up so the can is really warm in your can this helps the clears to flatten out once it hits the panel .Theres a fine line between glossy smooth of the gun finish and a finish that has runs in it

Yeah didn't think about the exhaust. Will see what happens like I said this is only a stop gap till I can get a new rim and tire.

Out of town on a business trip, got to work on the front wheel. And spring cleaning on the brake hub. Yup that's what I do when I get a night away from the Fam.

This came in the mail just before I left Kymco japan style taillight. Need to relocate my plate any thoughts or suggestions I'd like hear em. It's hard to cut the factory lights off but thinking it's gonna happen soon.

Got bored at work today so I decided to paint my plastics. Only that hasn't gotten painted are the headset and front under cowl. Figured since every piece of plastic is shot minus the shiny ones and the headset why the F not. I do hate faded plastic. Will see how it holds up, used rusto trim and fender paint.

Thanks it's getting there. I'm enjoying it. Been a little obsessed. Next on the list is japan taillight plate relocate and fab up some kind of handle/rack and pull off the stock one. Hopefully I can get to that next week.

Haven't done much been riding her. Had this box from the previous owner that he set up for the rear rack. It was an ugly blue color and never really been my style to ride with anything on the back so I just had it sitting in the garage. Then I had to ride 25+ miles each way for a game and didn't feel like lugging all my gear(bourbon shoes gloves and what not) so threw it on and actually enjoyed riding without a backpack for a change. Soo I had to tweak it cant let it ride and not match. I am calling this my touring look.

Installed the polini 3 shoe clutch and R1 exhaust that G9 had laying around. Took it for a quick spin around the hood and runs ok. Not sure if the pipe will stay on right now depends on how it effects the stock setup. But figured I got it might as well throw it on and see. Will hook up my temp gauge this week and get it dialed in. This is just a first step to my Contessa BBK + polini carb this fall once the rains come.

I got a Kymco rear light I've been sitting on. Yeah gonna get the temp gauge on there then start up jetting. Would love to get rid of that stock airbox as it's connection to the carb isn't the best.
