Trouble With Mopedman Please Help!

It sounds to me like Sam willingly took the parts back and promised a refund. That doesn't give him the right to change his mind. Sam should either send the parts back to Tyler, or issue a refund.

BTW, Sam (Mopedman) should be responding to this, not you Matt. He needs to get to a computer at the library and get this sorted out.

well he does not want to do anything anymore btw he tryed to get on at school but he forgot his password unless you can redo it.

If it's only $35,how's this for a deal?!Why don't YOU send me the money, and when Sam gets around to having the money,he can pay you back. Sounds fair to me.If he doesn't pay you back,it's ONLY $35.Thank You very much!

It dosen't matter what he wants to do - he is obligated to take action and correct the situation. Use a little common sense and THINK about what you are saying before you post.

ha ha thats funny.. do u think that i am goin to send you 35$ of my hard earned money and then TRY to get sam to pay me back are u kidding. lets think about it this way i hardly doubt that u are goin to get ur 35$ back it was your falt that u sent them back btw dont go on sam words. so if you are lookin for 35$ i think that you are barkin up the wrong tree.. i mean come on i am sure that you make 35$ in like 4 hours of working so i dont think that 35$ is alot of money.

Tyler did good by me on ebay just look at his feedback rating on there..he aint got no reason to bs anyone. And matt if its only 35 bux then spit it up..you and sam seems to be good friends anyways..good friends dont screw each other over. You be b1tchin too matt if your 35 bux was gone.

Why am I making such a big deal?Because it's my money that is lost.You would too if it happened to you.You already proved that by not offereng to send me your $35.So you are no different then me when it comes to parting with your money.Just like if someone stole your scooter,are you going to just say oh well,no big deal?NO,it's SEEK,AND DESTROY!As far as Sam paying me back.Like I said before,I was just looking for a time frame,I never said RIGHT NOW.He told me he was having some troubles.I understand.I'm flexible.But from what you said he told you, he has NO intentions of paying me back EVER.If what you say is true,then I guess I don't have to wait around any longer for him to send me my money,I can start filing my report against him now,and he should be getting his copy of it soon.Thank You very much!

No, lets think about it this way. He was doing the correct thing by sending them back after the seller said he would provide a refund. The seller is at fault for not sending the refund as promised.

There is no excuse. I'm sure he has parents that would gladly help correct the situation, and add a little more to his time being grounded if they knew there was a situation. But I'm sure he has no plans of telling them!

Tyler, go get 'em man. I've been in you shoes like this before. When the cops showed up on the guys door step, the problem was corrected real fast! It is fraud, and it is taken seriously.
