Looks nice! It's harder to get the radius perfect than most people think. I always cut out the Kymco on my zx50s cover to expose the clutch but the sym looks cooler by far! Good work!!

For cutting I used a dremel with various bits mostly used the reinforced fiber wheel to do most of the cutting and a right and a right angle adapter for the insides. Used a pack of 5 disc to complete the job if I had better equipment t I would've cut the time in half since dremel got extremely hot mutiply times. As for the rear shock don't know the brand but I bought from a guy down here in Hawaii that brought it from the Philippines.

I have some malossi rs24's coming in. they hurt the wallet, but fully adjustable and crazy nice.
What's the length of them?

Have one and I have to say was one of the best shock I ever owned. Can't wait to get a hold of another one when brandon brings it in. As for the length it was inch longer than stock

Did you make it off set or was it like that out the box? I like the fact they're rebuildable.

Yeah that's a lot of money but if they quality then it's worth it. I won't know how to ride on a good shock. Mine have always been crappy old stock ones on all my bikes. how far out are they G9 and sorry for hijacking your thread.

Got it mounted might try a different color but I still like it. One thing I just found out tonight tho is stage6 or any straight back kicker lever won't work on dd50 covers since it will not clear and will hit cover when trying to kick start :(

In this picture you'll see what I mean by kicker will hit case because of the curve the cover has
