That Silkolene looks like really good stuff. It appears to ve a similar product to the Motul 800. Here is some info they
ÔÇô--+++
Thank you for your email regarding selecting the correct oil for your performance built scooter engine.
In short, both the MOTUL off road and on road 800V are identical in formulation but marketed to different end users with different front labels. We at Silkolene, in the past also marketed our Pro2 (with a road bike on the front label) & Pro2 SX (with a motocross bike on the front label) to different end users. However the oil inside is identical!
We have just launched a 2015/2016 rationalisation range, whereby we now feature both a Road and a Motocross bike on the front label. This is to alleviate any concerns regarding this precise issue for our customers. by having two different labels we have decided to simplify and most importantly clarify the application.
The Pre-Mix oil (regardless of its use)does not know what engine it is in or where its being ridden. What is 100% important that you select an oil on its specification as per recommendation in the ownerÔÇÖs manual or meets the required needs of any specific application.
All oil companies generally do NOT produce a separate oil for either Scooter/Quad/ATV/Twin/Road/Off Road or otherwiseall oils are developed/produced to meet a required specification (API & JASO) and this is the most important thing to consider when choosing any engine lubricant.
I have attached our tech data sheets for both our Pro2SX and Pro2, the tech data is exactly the same (as is the oil), I have also attached images of old Pro2SX & Pro2 and the new 2015 Pro2 label, with both an off road and road bike own the label.
Pro2 is, simply put, a market leader in 2T performance 100% Ester Synthetic 2T engine oil and is not only used in motorcycle applications, but also CIK homologated which means it has been approved for all 2T go kart race engines as well. Please not that this is a Pre-Mix only oil, not suitable for injector aplications.

People who actually have a scooter care. You would care if you had a scooter that used 2 stroke oil. But yours uses Nike power. Get to kicking your push scooter madkid.

Im using Lucas semi synthetic in my Elite right now. Its the blue stuff. I want to finish off my last bottle of this then go to Motul800, I been using the Motul in my Jog for awhile now and its really good. I use 20w-50 synthetic engine oil in the gears on all my scoots.

I was thinking about going to something like 75w90 for the gears, but I'm going to see how this Motul TransOil 10w40 holds up.

That motul trans oil is going to be nice for sure. I been thinking about the switch to 10w-40 myself. I like to use gear oils with anti-friction modifiers (i.e. automotive engine oils) because we dont use a wet clutch on our scoots like motorcycles do. Motorcycle oils dont have the anti friction modifiers so the wet clutch doesnt go to ****
