Honda Spree and Elite 50 Forums

That $1000 spree is back on ebay with the wild claims of rare and going faster than any spree I know of .I emailed the seller asking about modificatons and rareness here is the reply "Hi, this is almost new condition that is why it goes 40 mph with someone 120lbs, it has no mods done to it. this is the rare 1987 model and has attached blinkers from and back not out from body, it has speed sensitive blinkers also,a different dash shape surround,total different dash gauges,and speedometer from years 1984-1986, they made it alot nicer and quality the last year and made halt the number of bikes as other years. I believe this to be the nicest one in the world possibly. I do not know why the starter stopped I was told either starter, which is $40.00 or the solenoid that goes to it, a $5.00 part. it is one or the other. it just did not turn it over one day the starter. the mileage is guaranteed and was only driven half throttel for the first 500 miles for break in, you can tell when you ride the bike it is new though it has that new stiff feel,. you can still register it as 50cc as long as you say it does only 30mph and under at the dmv you will be fine. it looks runs and rides as new. you wont see one ever again like this, it was kept inside out of sunlight for 15 years!!!! I had planned on keeping this in my collection but I need room in my garage so some bikes must go, I had a new condition elite 125 from the same owner from 1984 but it sold buy it now fast for $1399.00 on here, as it was rare also,if you need anything else let me know. #1: The only thing "Rare" on that Spree is the VIN number...

#2: There are people out there that actually believe that...

ok i emailed this guy and it goes to his grandmas house. the guy who is trying to sell this is a hard *. well here is my story i sent him a email about how it is now that rare that he thinks it is and he sent a email back and was getting in my face about it and he threatend me. how well he said to call him and he would do something about it. he thinks i was being mean about it i told him to lower the price on it by like 200 and maybe some one would buy it for that but he took it the wrong way and he even gave me his phone number to call him so he could say ship at me. this guy is a * hole
