that's pretty much because you are on the wrong site for modding a dio based engine. you need to go to the moped section at this site and ask first how to derestrict your 94 elite S.

Well god bless ya bro. I will do that and thank you! I do know that the muffler has a piece that needs to be drilled out and there is a plate on the back of the clutch that can be removed, but I cannot get the d*** bolt off lol....Without turning the rear wheel and I do not have an impact wrench. Oh well. Thank you!!!

Wow...60 is pretty fast. I wanna get my Elite up to at least 55 for Highway use...Can U really put a 72cc bore on a 50cc?
