couple questions on oil

ok, here it is, straight from the service manual:

pg. 9-1 (or p81 if viewed by a pdf viewer: Specified Oil: Honda 4-Stroke SAE 10W-40 or equivalent; Oil quantity: 90cc (3.0 U.S. oz., 3.2 Imp. oz.)

Uhhh... for one thing, if you read the manual it says to use regular motor oil. And if you use heavy weight gear oil (80-90W) it will make the scoot sluggish.
I've alredy tried gear oil on mine and it doesn't work too great.

Gear oil should be used in the gear box.

Recommended factory specs are 80W-95

For heavy working engines (moded and high heat engines), I recommend 80W-140
