my sundiro's carb is s*** so i have to push it quite a bit. the way its set up i can get it to go about 3/4's a turn Max at a time.
{also} today it broke. short lived but fun every second. ill play with it more. 5$ says its the carb.

it wasn't the carb's setting off. the hole d*** carb was off.
one of the screws was barely in and the other site started to back out. it was just sucking air.
every thing i know about 2strokes and how every thing has to be perfect, goes out the window when working in this thing. on the cylinder the tail pipe screws are striped. the pipe is hardly on it. yet it runs amazingly. the carb was almost off and it ran. all the wiring is fried and it runs. i can plug any foaled plug in it and it runs. This thing blows my mind
any way i put the carb back on and it runs again. wheelies like a charm, it is like 4 pounds so i can pull the front up at any speed. What a fun little toy.

ok good my first "good" wheelie on my sundiro today. i wheelie my elite quit-a-bit but my elite has more mass. well riding my sundiro today i pop'ed it up and rode it right throw town. keep it going for a LONG time. (1/4 of a mile or so) then the bike started stuttering, it was to much for me. about 30-35 mph i went off the back. then face first into the ground.
i was wearing a hoodie and paints and still got road rash every were and a scratched up helmet but im fine. the sundiro is bare frame so nothing got broke on that. one * of a fun ride.

ok so im taking the motor off this friday. i completely forgot about what i had behind my shed. i went back there today to try and find some chain for something completely different. i have not been back there for a good year or so.
i got a mini bike frame just like this one.

mine has no motor and no back tire as of now. but everything else is there. I got it like 2 years back for 20$ and a 7hp motor that my uncle was going to get running for me. He lives a while away from me so i dont go to his house ever. my idea as of now is to just mount the front of Sundiro motor were the back tire is.
this thing is to short right now. so i think ill have to motor stick out some. and then re enforce my seat making it longer. ill keep you all updated.

ok well i got some pictures.
What it looks like sitting were it has for close to a year.....
Sitting next to my sundiro thinking of how to mount the motor.
the bolt is a hair to short. i got an extra one an inch longer buried in 1/2 of leaves. i just got to find it.
as you can see i have a little more work to do. the check list stands as listed
[X] tear the motor off the sundiro
[_] mount center motor mount on new frame
[_] weld the top of the frame out another 1.5 feet.
[_] install the spring.
[_] get gas tank mounted.
[_] hook up all the brakes, gas, and choke.
[_] make a custom seat.
[_] tear it all back apart and paint over the puke green.
[_] put it all back together
[_] ride around town like a true pimp.
i got a little way to go.

the motor pushed the sundiro with my fat * on it to about 33mph or so. stock those dont go over 25mph. im not sure what i did to make it so fast when i had it all tore down but im happy with it.
This thing is going to be more style then speed. lol even the style of this thing is going to be low on the scale. I just always wanted to get this thing running and heres my chance.

I think the motor should be further forwrd like mount it 6 inches further in. looks funny with the big engine hanging out the back like that.

i agree. but theres really no way i can mount that in there like that. i wish i could. im goint to weld some metal. the two top bars are going to go out another 1.5 feet. i dont know if at the end im going to have some bars hanging or something.
i wanted to make the thing longer anyway. its way to short right now.
