i am reading these posts with my jaw hanging open. i live in illinois and i just had to pay $130 to get plates and $100 to have a years worth of insurance. on the other hand i was pulled over the other day and its a relief to be legal by the books.

Ain't it great to live on the West side of the river, where we don't have to register 50's.
