could you fab an exhaust deflector that could bolt on where the heat shield goes or something just to move the exhaust away from beautiful ladies or old tourist (not that those are mutually exclusive  )

just a thought so you wouldn't have to deal with complaints. you need a helmet with a billboard attached to the top of it with your hourly rates and cell phone number.

Hey squirrel, thanks for bringing this thread back on track. So many good threads get killed this way. But one more word about Google. Much of the time it is so overwhelming and still doesn't take a person to the answers sought. That's why I would prefer to ask in a forum where maybe there is somebody who's been there done that.

We live in a small town where traffic is 35 on main street, but generally slower every where else. We have a Spring Festival in May which would be a good time, and with some cautions (such as the exhaust) might be neat for Prom Night. Lots of kids don't go to prom formal anymore, and sometimes are dressed down. Doubt I would be interested in picking up girls. My bride of 40 years might object.

My most recent acquisition Dio Elite, is not reasonably restorable to original and modifications could be made for some kind of hitch. So I would very much be interested in whatever plans you work up.

I got to thinking, living in the small, but growing bigger everyday town of Grand Haven, MI. We have huge festivals every year. from Feast of the Strawberry moon, to the biggest one of the Coast Guard festival.

Our streets are 25 MPH all over until you get to the Township. This would make a KILLING, especially during the times when we have fireworks, and there is noway in * cars can get Downtown.

But the next thing i got to thinking about... is this legal?

Needs caster on the front so there is no tongue weight, LED turn signals and brake lights piggybacked off the stock ones, and maybe some trailer brakes(could splice in with rear brake, just another nut on the cable). At the tail pipe temps should be low enough to clamp a high temp hose on and run it out the back. Last I checked there is no MI law that says we cant tow a trailer, motorcycles do it all day long. Any legal issues would stem from your Taxi service not paying taxes, being unlicensed or something like that.
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.
