OK only major problem ...Petcock.
I really think everything else is done
rear tire still leaks air .
OK also will look for something to cover up hole in fender ( I have a idea that will work and look cool )
As for the front cover don't ask .( It looks fine )
I am sure your seat will be ready by or before Friday .

On the petcock end - I've tried the ATC and z50 petcocks, their thread is too small.
I think what we want is 16mm x 1.5 thread on the petcock, but check you tank to be sure.. It's the same thread as the bigger vacuum petcocks like on an Aero/Spree and possibly the SA50. One fall back I have in mind is to tap the intake and try the vac petcock. It would solve the parts problem... but there is no 'reserve' position
== Another idea ==
Gut the petcock and remote mount something. Here's one from treatland (I've not bought from their shop before). Again, there's no reserve. Just carry a flask of petrol

.

Bottom right - OEM Gyro petcock - a little big compared to sellers photo

I am soaking my petcocks in gasoline overnight and see what kind of condition they are in tomorrow .
I will try to find a rubber washer or grommet and see if I can re-build yours tomorrow to see if I can stop them from leaking .
This sucks !
But I do have a kinda funny story when I was looking for a jar to soak the parts . Tazz make sure and ask me about the jar ...you'll laugh .
