OK I really think both bikes are done .
Yours needs a petcock .I will try to redo some later wish me luck ... and a battery that fits .And a tube for rear tire I might try to patch it again later this week also a small peice of red vinyl for the plastic above the battery and pick up your new re done seat .Oh and the plastic part for the speedo .

Mine needs 1 black decal ? Changing the battery leads for better ones / like I did to yours . Also I might try to put a red LED on the back of the fender and use it for a running light .

Tazz both bikes came out really well I think your seat is going to really make it .

I thought this thread would have helpful general information about the gyro, not your personal build thread

Hello Brad 3
You are right I tried to post some stuff here a while back as no one was posting stuff and couldn't find the gyro thread .Then Tazz asked me to re-do his bike I started putting how his bike was progressing and it kinda got away from me . Also it has been so hot here I started working on the bikes at night then take a few pics and used it as a excuse to get out of the heat and have a drink . But I agree with you it should have been a build thread . Sorry I am wondering if I should just go back and delete most of this stuff as Tazz will hopefully be picking up his bike soon . Lesson learned.
Also I would like to see more pics of your bike ,

Hello Mike better late than never .I took some seats in to have recovered the guy is really good and I asked him is there anything that will bring back the color ?
He showed me a can of dupli color and said it works quite well . I asked where do I get it I thought some over priced automotive speciality paint store .
He said PepBoys.
Went down grabbed a can ... looked better than I ever expected .
It actualy seems more like a dye than paint .
Even on the fenders I was very happy with the finished look .

I am not sure but it's more like a dye than a paint , you will see when you spray it .
If you look at the pics of the fender its hard to see but it has a matt finish to it , so don't think it's going to be glossy but it still has a bit of a shine to it .
I just think it looks really good and I hope you get the same results .

I have a Gyro with a cracked block .
I took it to a welder he wanted $100.00 to weld it .
I also have a spare engine for parts .
I thought I might be able to switch blocks ?
Bad idea ... what is all that stuff ?
