Thanks for the honest appraisal. Is the Sectional. PG any quieter?
Sectional is about the same as the v8 in loudeness
Fastplastic got his pipe from sanjuro....I am 99% sure it is a PG sectional....but it has no PG label.

Greetings:
The headpipe on what appears to be your Stroker is HUGE! Are the 72cc pipes also made with 10 segments?
The other pipe looks like an ad pic for U/Cycles.com if I'm reading those annoying artsy graphics. A Yoshimura? Can one purchase those? Does it require an arm, or a leg?

This is from VT Cycles

This is a great pipe for a street, daily ridden performance scooter, I wouldn ot hesitate to get this exhaust if you are concerned with noise but still want some great performance.
Recommended Engine Size for Use: 72cc-78cc|82cc-85cc
Exhaust Style: Muffler
Color: Natural
Country of Origin: Taiwan
Items Needed for Proper Installation: Exhaust Gasket

Greetings:
This afternoon TinyTach's nifty Hour meter declared a run time of 50 hours since the Corsa top end was installed on Flash's 3's 2001 block.
The bore kit was used but in excellent shape from CustomX22. (Except the crinkled foil base gasket...)
Sadly, due to my Stop-and-Go 3-mile commute, that's a mere 1200 miles. It's been fed by a 24mm OKO for the first 2/3rds of that time. The 26mm installed a few months backresulted in a significant gain in top speed, as did the 7.58 gears. I have yet to test under optimal conditions for Top Speed Bragging Rights. (Downhill, downwind, drafting an 18-Wheeler... And Lying.
Best recorded speed was 69.9 in cool weather last spring. But that's not the point. The point is the effortless way I can stay with rush-hour traffic on the Deepinnaharta Freeway riding home. The looks I get from SUV owners as I pass them in the left lane are priceless. Daily GPS readings above 60, as high as 68.5 while being blocked in by traffic are routine.
Best of all, despite tall gears and stupid-rich jetting, I can squirt ahead of traffic from stoplights and on-ramps, and I have begun to relax my sphincter and just not worry about the engine grenading in the fast lane. Temps only approach 350 after Looongg stretches of WOT cut to half-throttle. Gas mileage seems to be 50-ish (almost as good as my 1200 Sportster on the highway) and Kickstart Comperssion Tester says it's good for a long time to come.
Maybe the Malossi is stronger and revs higher, but it's hard to imagine a better bore than the Corsa for daily rider streetability.
Bravo Polini!

Polini rocks! You need to track your self down a better exhaust device and I bet you that corsa will take you to warp speeds!!!

Your corsa build has given me a great basis to go off for my build. Thanks!

Yeah, but Free Scorpions and Arrows haven't exactly been falling into my lap lately.
I'd gladly settle for a Civilized-quiet SEF over my newly-Loud PG Long and give up a couple MPH...

Someone put dibs on the TinyTach too - it still has the protective plastic on - typical Wheeman care.
Happy '50hrs/1200mi'!

Don't give me too much credit. More like typical lousy Wheelman "photography".
I'll check but I'm pretty sure I peeled that sucker off long ago.

I'd swap this PG Long rat
NOW for something quieter, but would hate to be without my Daily Rider waiting for a pipe to arrive. The new owner should know how to cut-and-weld, as the baffles have gotten "buzzy". Doesn't seem to affect performance any though.

cough cough <---master welder

I will buy it but it depends how much money im going to be rolling in. If I get enough im going scorpion if not ill get a pg which is second behind the scorpon in performance. But my bank account is looking good so you never know.
