I could have done that but this scoot was meant for a hilly area with the road going to the house at about 45 degrees. It never would make it up the hill with the pulley mod. In fact, I was trying a reverse pulley mod (washers in between the pulleys) to increase low end grunt at the expense of some top end.

Thanks....I was running a traffic control project that day, we had just gotten the cones set up.....it was the perfect shot.
