I don't think you want this one. The bore is gouged pretty good and the piston is gummed up. Not to mention most of the gaskets are now on my brothers Spree

I pretty much got the bore broken in but I wasn't able to get the scooter tuned before winter hit. So, I decided to strip the scooter down and start working on the paint. I made a make shift paint both in the unfinished part of my basement. I painted the PG long flat black with some VHT paint. The manufacture says the finish is good up to 2000 degrees.
I cleaned all the crap off the frame and sanded it down... too cheap to have it media blasted. I'm using Duplicolor rust tough primer with a matching flat black top coat. I'm going to let the primer set tonight and spray the topcoat in the morning.

I finished up the paint on the frame and wheels. I think it turned out pretty well. although, I need to do some touch up from installing the front wheel. I had the tires mounted at the local Honda dealer, $25 bucks for both. I thought that was pretty reasonable. From reading through the forum I went with the Michelin S1 Performance Scooter Tire (3.50J-10). I can't wait to get them on the road!
Frame, and wheels painted. Front suspension and controls installed.

I took the motor apart today and inspected it. Everything appears to be wearing normally. The top of the piston had a fair amount of carbon from the rich break-in mixture. I cleaned that up and reinstalled the bore and head. Next, I installed the rear wheel... Those tire * are not going to last long!
Here is a pic with the motor mounted to the frame. The scoot is going to look hot murdered out
The pouches are ready to ride too.
PG long mocked into place to seal up the exhaust port until the next time I am able to work on the scoot.

Nice build. Did the Polini bore kit have any problems lining up with the opening for the spark plug on the fan shroud?

Yes, it does, need to trim on sparkplug hole, because white plastic plug touch fan cover. socket plug touch..
