Use the search function and search for "pin * o light" it's a very common problem and just as hard to clean, the smallest guitar string they make apparently works.
taz 50mm bbk, 51g. rollers,1500 c spring
24mm arreche, #20 pilot, E2 needle clip on lower groove
arreche air filter
Naruku intake, reeds & block
v8 pipe
stock gears
trail tech temp & rpm gauges

Finally got the little bugger cleared. Combination of carb soak and guitar string.

The string couldn't go straight through but it poked whatever was in there enough that when sprayed with the compressor caused a mist in the throttle chamber that my scooter's been looking for for about 7 years now.

Putting the carb back on tonight after work.

Do all the honda scooters have this pin-*-o-light issue eventually?

I can take some pictures to be added to the carb cleaning wiki considering how elusive it is to detect and fix this problem.

No, only the PA series of Keihin carbs. The PB series has a replaceable pilot jet as do the OKO - PWK style of carbs.

Got the carb back on. Adjusted it. Scooter runs as good as new. 30 mph...buried the needle going downhill!!! :woot: :woot:

Thanks everybody for your help and specifically Bear :worship: who nailed my problem...even though I didn't know what the heck he was talking about at first
