I have only went up to the 20hp setting on my 77cc minerelli. Will try the 25hp on my new 86cc motor next season.
Yes electric fuel pump.. you need a constant known pressure on the fuel side.. vacuum pump wont work well for that.... a good nitrous kit comes with the proper pump.
I run a very small battery to run the fuel and water pump, weighs about a pound if I remember right.
I cant run a charging system with my race ignition

A wet shot will work on a 2-stroke, i just said that a dry shot is bad. I've seen propane used for the fuel enrichment circuit on sprayed two strokes to circumvent the need for a fuel pump. Neat trick.

As nitrous decompresses from the bottle, it gets unbelievably cold. Without going into detail, you can't warm it up sufficiently in the time/space allotted.

As stated before, the best solution is to spray after, but as close as possible to the reeds.

well i figure i say something about NOS..
yes it does work
on my test 102cc with spare parts not even built and tuned good, no nos it ran 10.40, 58mph with a 15 shot it did a 9.2, 72mph
tested a bunch of things on it, had a bunch of reed problems, but got them solved ;) but stopped because it was cutting in my tuning time with my all motor bike. Hard to test and tune 2 bikes at the track. If anything that same set up is going to be placed on my 130 as soon as i can get it as fast a possible. The goal of 8.3s
is getting harder and hared to reach. I think im almost at the limits of what i have to use by todays standards. That record time was set back in the 90s, with a 150cc custom built motor.
