Thanks for the URL for the laws in the various states.

I am new to the spree but when i was trying to get mine running i checked everything and couldnt figure it out. then i remembered seeing the word decarbonize in the manual and thought why not check the cylinder. i took off the head and i was shocked! the whole exhaust port was completely plugged with carbon except for a hole about equal to a 1/4 inch. i almost couldnt even tell that there was an exhaust port. so i cleaned it really good, took and fine wire brush to the top of the piston and head and except for idle (carb issue) it runs like a champ. just something else to try, good luck
