His elite came much nicer than mine. 1 owner 2001. Motor work and done. Hes lucky enough to have machining friends locally as well. For my big evo 94 I had to send my cases to josh (admin @scooterinvasion) in North Carolina.
Im sure this 129'er is gonna be a beast. My 81 is gonna feel like stock compared to it. But on the bright side, I can hop on his 180cc Gillera Runner and race him with his own bike. I think because of the weight difference the elite is probablygonna beat the runner.

Pretty sweet. I was poking around at the pb pics you have. Why didn't you match your cylinder and piston to your intake? All that air just hits a wall when it hits that cylinder skirt interfering with the air flow to the other side.

I did address that before the final assembly. I have been editing my process as I go. Look back and see the changes.

She sure hauls *. I need some bigger jets but I got to ride over to Mikes, a couple miles probably. It gets hot fast. Feels like my Runner.

Hi Whitey. I didn't get to see the video. for some reason its not working.
you should be able to pick up a jet at your local MC shop. bring your old one. if they don't have one, drill the one you have. until you can order one.
Harbor Freight sells a pack of very small drill bits.
question, did you cut your piston skirts at all? like in order to let more air in?

I installed some 8.44 gears this weekend and got to ride to the beach with DirtyE. The temps are manageable around 330 while putting down the road but they shoot up quick after a short burst. My jetting is on the rich side with a little bogging before acceleration.
