Pretty sweet. I was poking around at the pb pics you have. Why didn't you match your cylinder and piston to your intake? All that air just hits a wall when it hits that cylinder skirt interfering with the air flow to the other side.

I did address that before the final assembly. I have been editing my process as I go. Look back and see the changes.

Minor details like that makes the revs clean, nice work!

My stroker would get hot fast bro..even with a 33mm..they are race bikes for sure..n not daily drivers

you should be able to pick up a jet at your local MC shop. bring your old one. if they don't have one, drill the one you have. until you can order one.
Harbor Freight sells a pack of very small drill bits.

question, did you cut your piston skirts at all? like in order to let more air in?

I've never seen someone realistically ride one as a dd. Are you running avgas mix?

I installed some 8.44 gears this weekend and got to ride to the beach with DirtyE. The temps are manageable around 330 while putting down the road but they shoot up quick after a short burst. My jetting is on the rich side with a little bogging before acceleration.
