Hahaha that's awesome. I have no idea what happened there.Rip_City_Spree wrote:Johnny you been drinking?

I'm not sure if the spree uses he same headlamp as the Elite, but it looks like it. If that is the case , my recommendation is to purchase a headlamp housing for an '01 SA50. They cost avoit $35. It is physically the same size and mounts the same, but uses a replaceable bulb. I used that with a H4 Hi/Low led that I orucaes from eBay for $21. It will mount right into the housing and provides great light and low power consumption. It's a 30w Led , but uses much less current than an HID or halogen bulb. That's what my pictures are from.ped wrote:hi guys. Nice work on your LED headlights.
From your experiences do you know of a LED bulb or setup I can put on my spree? Something with low wattage. Just looking for a little better light/upgrade
Any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you.
Thanks Johnny. The spree headlight is a sealed unit. But I think I can replace it with the elite.johnny248 wrote:I'm not sure if the spree uses he same headlamp as the Elite, but it looks like it. Well, up until '01, the elite was a sealed units also. In '01, they took the same headlamp , but made it with a plastic lense and upgraded to a housing with replaceable bulb. It is the same dimensions, same mounting bracket, same everything as far as fit and installation. It is just much better because it has a reflector unit and lense that is designed for an H4 style bulb. So it looks the same, and fits the same, but you have unlimited bulb options, and better light output.ped wrote:Thanks Johnny. The spree headlight is a sealed unit.
