Started to rare the whole bike apart and paint it GOLD!!!

More weight reduction as the metropolitan components and the existing harness of the Smart Dio Z4. Looks like a metropolitan to me. What do you guys think?

That was the easy part, now I have to figure out a way to mount engine and connect all the wirings.

So as I piece all this together as much as I can until more parts arrive. Here is what it looks like so far.

Aligned the engine and made a mount for the malossi shock. Pretty tight fit like the af16s and af18s motors. But I don't think I will need shims with the 3.00 tires on the af34. This is a unique adventure to get this thing rolling I tell yah.









And I also slightly polished the block.

Got some wiring done. Took a couple days to get it, I was hoping to reuse the factory clips but I had no luck getting it to unlock, last resort is to cut and paste it.

And I am done with it and I think I've got it! time to tap into the battery cables and maybe turning on the key to see if anything fries hehehehehe. keep you guys posted next week. Thanks for reading and have a good day!

Thank you guys!!! Little update, I had been messing with the wiring and came to a conclusion that the Cdi unit was incorrect. Quickly ordered a new one from Japan we-bikes. Just got it today and bam!!

Daytona CDI for the correct application.
