I'm running with front and rear baskets. They are not the originals from Honda. I just rigged up two bicycle baskets.

heres my old spree why dont you all do something like this to your spree instead of finding ways to make those stock motors go fast with the dio swap you would be way more happy and hit those speeds of 70+ mph instead of maybe 35mph and ya it cost some cash to do it but its worth it

just a thought

The effects of riding up or down a hill are much more noticeable than if I have a bag of groceries and a sack lunch on the scoot.

here is my new scoot as of a couple of weeks ago. i picked it up for 200 bucks in pretty sad condition but am in the process of fixing cracks, flush mounting the front turn signals in the fairing and painting it black. i should hopefully have fully black pics by the end of the weekend, as well as the addition of a kick start. now if i can just find some nice fat sticky tires to go on it. any body know the biggest you can fit on stock rims on an aero?

Greetings:
Nice job on the signals!
MotorcycleSuperStore.com has Pirelli SL26s and tubes (get the 3.5-4.00") for around $65.00 for the pair. If you order anything else, shipping is free >$75. You can mount these yourself if you have the strength of 111 regular Wheelmen.
The 90/90 size fits front and rear, but you may need to deflate the tire to get mounting clearance. Once on, the front kisses the fender at full dive, but the rear clears easily. Werx says he shimmed his front fender to address the issue. I haven't bothered.
Legend has it that a 3.5 can be shoehorned on the back rim. Clearance for the Pirelli brand uncertain. Some brands rub, some don't. The bigger diameter helps top speed a little more than the 90/90. YMMV
