Being able to wheelie pretty much guarantees * poor top speed. You can not have everything.
FYI the stock CDI is not REV limited and just move your pulse generator to get the 4┬░ for free. OH and the aftermarket box is gonna leave you stranded somewhere. They die a lot.
Don't forget to account for the short wheelbase of the spree and how far back the rider weight is. A frame designed for 1.5 or 2 claimed hp and then you swap in a 9hp engine. Top speed of 55 and still pulls wheelies. The short base just makes it more sketchy. Also, remember to check your rake when relocating your shock mount.

I like my 2.75*10 bridgestone hoops. They are sticky enough for the spree and they don't break the bank.

You will have to figure that out. Try degreeing the flywheel and then you will have a reference, but 4┬░ isn't much. I have found that screwing with the timing on 2 strokes will result in a burnt up engine with little if any difference in performance on a street machine. On the race track, yes I played with timing allot, on the street, no.

timing is some thing you shod not change on the bottom of the timing crive its the top end you need to change it..
4 degrees is a huge change 1 maybe 2 may help but your motor will run hotter ( i think ) and it will melt down as your driving it but if you only doing a 1/4 at a time shood be fine..
by the way have you put a timing lite on the motor yet ???
there is marks on the fly wheel and the holes on the pick up so it can be mover a small amount ..

Tazland001 here on the forum (chop*chop123 on flea-bay) is the only one with a BBK, a 21 OKO, manifold with adapter and gears for the Spree. So of course we like his stuff.

If you can find the rare es pipe. That is the best flow from a bolt on manufactured pipe.
