Got the standard 41.4 mm didn't want to mess around with compression on my first real build!

But I'm gonna buy another DIO engine off yahoo and build a stroker after this!!

keep your eye on those dio engine auctions about 3 weeks ago i bought 4 af18e engines all complete with carbs,airboxs,looms and rear wheels one of them has some sort of aftermarket carb on it all for 30000yen i havent got them yet dont know what im gonna do with them yet either

if you build a stroker, go big or go home.
use a af16 cuz the crank case is made of better stronger material

How many mm should a 81cc kit be? The brace gasket does not fit!! The head is scratched and dented the top gasket is un useable too, the gears look ok but they are probably for a lawn mower the rate this is going lol!!

70cc minarelli head gasket will work

I would email the people you got it from and find out what the deal is, maybe they can refund you some money or send you another kit. You may have to get some fine grit sandpaper to smooth out the rough spots on the gasket surface of the head etc I would definately complain
