You have to up jet. The screw only effect idle.

well according to wikispreedia my plug is in the good section. REMEMBER IM NEW if you read the jet threads down in looks like a 68 obviously threads up 89. The problem im having is it lags at full throttle and when i go fulll throttle for 1/4 mile it dies this happened twice i removed the gas cap and put back on to see if it was a suction thing and it wasnt. so i walked it back to the garage and inspected the spark plug looked good to me (which isnt saying alot). put it back in and she fired up again. so not quiet sure whats wrong ive just been tuning the carb the best i can but that obviously isnt the problem. let me know thanks!

Unless you did the plug chop at WOT you plug read is useless.

alright u chopped the plug at WOT (25mph) and it is number 18 on the wikispreedia guid which is in the good section.

Compression was 105 psi tested 3 times and with my air compressor (HF gauge)

The problem- At WOT i can do about 1/2 a mile then when i start going up a slight incline engine dies so i wheel is back home and spray some premix in the air cleaner and she starts right up. So i think its carb issue...

I agree, new fuel lines?

I thought you had a BBK from Taz. Then you would have got a jet.

Crack in the air box? Lid is on secure? Carb is sealed to the intake?

i have the lid rubber banded down with big bands because one of the clips on the lid is broken it is firmly attached to the carb

You might want to bag those rubber bands for some cable ties.

You could be sucking air there do what you can to seal it.
