Got some tuning in yesterday. Picked up some VW Bug gaskets for the exhaust sealed that problem up tight. Cut my shrouds so my spark pug fits better. Finally got a good WOT run in hit 52.5 mph at 9700 rpm high temp was 325 degrees I'm pretty sure she had more to give but I was coming up on traffic so had to slow down. Defiantly have way to heavy of rollers in but I knew that to start. Gonna drop the load to about 24grams, throw the orange springs on the stage6 to dial her in to about a 6k launch and I'm going to install the NYC torque converter this weekend and go for another couple speed runs. Trying to get to the MHRs sweet spot around 10.5-11k and really see what she can do. More to come!

Well today was a great day of tuning. I put about 35 miles on the Aero and she's running like a champ! I have a little work still to do in the cvt but the carb is about perfect and plug is looking good running 100/55 jets air screw about 1 and 3/4 out idles at about 2900k and launches at 5500k and launch it does! Hits 8-9k and right into the powerband right off the line which is awesome. Tested out a new brand of rollers today "Doppler" so far they seem legit but I'll know for sure when I crack open the Polini again. Had 24gs in the variator and turned 10900 but was getting there to quickly bumped up to about 29gs and turned 10200 and I have a much better top end. Maxed out at 55mph today but know there's lots left in her. Going to settle at 27g and see what that gets me an I installed a NYC torque converter set to long action I'm liking that as well. Also tested out the malossi CDI today I like it a lot, starts are much smoother So are the rpms throughout the throttle especially at wot. I'll be getting one of those soon. But for now plastics are on and I'll be riding regularly this week until next weekend for another tune session.
