She's still a bit naked but she's back on the road. Heat cycles done first ride today was a non eventful affair thankfully. Happy to be back on the road even though it's butt * cold out.

got the R1 on there right now as I just wanted to get her on the road but will have bmoon on shortly. Woulda road it home but haven't had her out enough to be super confident yet. So far though the Corsa seems to be super strong.

got it broke in and literally had it together and went on one ride less than 5 miles. glad I decided to get a new rear tire and not ride it until I changed it. glad I got time till riding season. the nut was off when I went to take the exhaust off. found it down around the motor mount.

That sucks.....I did that on my first corsa. You can weld it back on but you gotta weld the stud in place and make sure it's straight! The Polini's are really thin on the bottom flange!!! Just go good and snug, then check it after a couple rides for "snuggness". If you are missing either of the side-engine bolts on the exhaust, it can break there also.

I use a thin layer of black silicone, and blue Loctite snug them up good. works great.

got the GOOCH put back together today thanks to G9. the dude is as stand up as they come and if your not buying your parts from him your nuts. Brandon went above and beyond what he needed to do to get me back on the road. he literally took the Corsa that had less than 50 miles on it of one of his personally bikes. Thanks again B I will get the bike fired up tomorrow and get some runs to dial it in and then throw on that Bmoon pipe and see how it runs.
on a side note threw on a new continental zippy 90/90-10 tire on the rear and thankful my old one didnt blow on me.

took her out for a spin today Im currently running a 38 slow and 104 main. think the 104 might be a bit lean. screams on flats and temps stay about 370 but on any sustained hill pull the temps jump up so I am gonna throw the 106 back in and see how that goes. having some issues at idle right now and not sure what my next step will be. idles but wont stay at idle unless its up to running temp. and when I hit the throttle after sitting at idle it wants to bog down i have to feather it to get the rpms up and once I do its fine. also when coming back down to idle it seems to hold the rpms up for a few secs before settling back into idle. if anyone has any thoughts let me know im still new at tuning these beasts. other than that the Corsa is a beast and hauls * even with the R1 pipe on it. the pipe seems to be a great midrange pipe but dont think it has the top end. G9 lent me a Bmoom pipe to try out so I think I might throw that on and see how it goes.

Hope this helps

Something to think about will run the R1 till I can see about that. How much higher should I go? Not sure how much travel a shock has? Stage6 has one G9 don't you have connections there?

Greetings:
Another option - one I've done - is to cut off the U leading to the silencer. Rotate it 45 degrees clockwise and re-weld. This clears the signal housing.
