oh, u scared the * out of me there.lol. that exhaust on there now is off the elite sb engine. the muffler i got with the engine was packet tight with carbon. (to the point where it weighed about 20lbs). so instead of cleaning the new muffler i welded on the old elite's pipe.(if u look close u can see the weld under the cooling duct)

the airbox is also off the old engine. the exhaust it derestricted, the variator is derestricted. i ordered a new jet. i pulled the oil pump shaft out for less drag on the engine. the airbox on it now has no restriction.

i finally got my * off my chair and cut open and cleaned the sa muffler. there was soooooo much carbon in there! puddles of oil and everything. i put the sa muffler one and it has 5mph more top end and lifts the wheel hard off the start. it wasnt going that fast before because i created a restriction going from a 1 1/2" head pipe to a 1" muffler. so i am happy. i am gonna send some money to vt soon to get an after market pod filter, high speed pulley, some weights. so that will be cool.

(so if anyone is looking for a pipe that (MAY) speed up a spree. u might want to look into a 94-04' elite pipe. because remember -that is a 50cc also-

some modification will be needed mostly to the header flange.

(anyone answer this)

what is the stock variator weight for a elite sa? i want to keep the low end and also have a higher top end. good idea.
