I got my new tires on my rims, but I got a problem.
Just with the front tire.
My scooter is a 89 se50.

When i put the tire back on and stuff, it doesn't want to spin. It spins, but just a little. It's like stiff. It barely want's to spin. I need it to spin like normal you know. Just like a bicycle tire you know, you hold the bike up and you spin the tire and it spins.
Any help on what to do, or how to install it properly.

check your brakes first, did they get adjusted during the change by accident...

What do you mean exactly?
I checked the brakes, but not really sure what to look for.
Once the brakes is on my tire, it will rotate, but it's hard. Seems stiff.

Any help? Cause I need to get her running and up today.

You haven't given us much to work with.

The brake liningss are attached to a round cover-type affair called the "Brake Panel" by some.
The axle goes through a spacer on one side, through the panel, then the wheel bearings. If the spacer isn't there or malpositioned, it can cause the bearings to bind. The brake cable is reconnected through a "T" cylinder and the brake adjusted by means of that nut on the end of the cable. That's easy to over-tighten.

I suggest you begin by removing that nut altogether and leave the cam lever loose for now. Raise the front wheel and give it a spin. If it's still hard to turn, check the Manual for correct spacer position and reassemble. Tighten the nut only enough to produce a half-inch of free travel at the end of the hand lever, or according to personal taste. I tighten it until the wheel drum starts to rub, then loosen a turn or so.

Sometimes the brake cam begins to bind in the panel from lack of lube. You apply the brake and then it fails to release. You should be able to release it manually and restore free-spinning wheel, then investigate why it's binding.

Yikes dude. did it bind before you put on a new tire? if not then just lubing it is asking for trouble.

I trust you mean the cam and not the linings? There's a little coil return spring that goes behind the lever which is easily lost and forgotten. See your service manual.

Not sure, my friends did it. My friends who are mechanics and who have done some scooters and mopeds before actually helped me out, and she's working fine now.

Another problem now, I went to be the exhaust back on, she was working fine and all. But then I realized this :O :O :O
What to do?!?!?
