Re: Holes in my Muffler?
he was trying to increase power by drilling into the muffler. didnt do the best of job, but you can clean up around the holes, and try and mix some JB Weld toghether and fill over the holes.
Re: Holes in my Muffler?
What's wrong with welding the holes over?

I dont have a welder or know anyone who does and it could cost alot of money at a shop..

You have no idea what a new muffler cost do you? Try getting some large diameter sheet metal screws, as short as possible and put the JB Weld on them and screw them into the holes. You may have to start the screws in the holes, back them out, then cut them off and then install them with the JB Weld. Oh and wire brush the metal around the holes shiny before you install the screws.CamTastic wrote:I dont have a welder or know anyone who does and it could cost alot of money at a shop..

How about some pop rivets to hold metal patch on?
