Any Spree repair shops in the Troy, MI area???

Post by Animal Chin »

Hello,

Does anyone know of a repair shop in the Troy, MI area? I cannot figure out how to get the piston clips back on and, after wasting 2 days trying, I'm not going to waste my time with this garbage any longer. With all the technology we have these days, I cannot believe that there is not an easier way to connect a piston. Thanks.

Spree were not designed for high technology. They were designed to be worked on with simple tools you could find in the 3rd world countries they were mostly sold in.

Chevyguyjay is on this board and works on bikes, you can PM him. That's where I'd head, and I'd have him finish your work up. Frankly, if you can't get the clips in I'm wondering about the rest of your bike.

You could haul it to Honda of Warren. They were a-holes the last few times I went down there, but hey, it's close to Troy. Glad when I moved to Canton and could tell them to f*** off.

There are several shops on M-59 that mess with off-road bikes mostly; any of these guys could probably do this too.
