Bore Kit for a 1986 Honda Spree

I have 2 good running 1986 Honda Spree's. My daughter is using one of them on the campus of the University Of Arkansas. She is a 120 pound rider. The problem is the hills on campus. As part of one of her regular trips she has to start at the bottom of this big hill. Then half way up there is a stop light. She complains that if she has to stop at the light the little Spree struggles to get up the remainder of the hill.
I was wondering if there is a big bore kit that I could get some modest bottom end out of. I not interested in getting the Spree to run faster. It does fine now topping out a little over 30 with her on it. MY plan is to modify the Spree we have at home and just swap scooters on our next visit.
I don't want to mess with a bunch of carb modifications to make the thing run right afterwards. I would be fine re-jetting it but not much else. I would also like to keep the stock air box in place.
If anyone could share a proven setup it would be really great.
