So been having some problems with tuning the bore kit. Ive been trying all sorts of different jets trying to get something to produce good results. I ve gotten it to run great on any jet between 92-100 with 100 coming out a little rich in the plug chops. Yet 100 was way too rich when i first threw it it. Now my plugs are only coming out half colored. Half of the plug is showing color while the other half stays clean

is this something i should worry about?

I understand this to be an exhaust air leak. One side of the mixture is leaner than the other. Thus the half and half. Check the washer in the exhaust and ensure that the exhaust is evenly bolted on.
bear would be able to clarify and correct

do you think that a leak would also account for it running so well with a huge jet???/

Greetings:
I had the same 2-faced plug issue earlier with Flash III Stage 2. (Performance Tech ~2 months ago. Bear encountered the same thing with his Hi-Po Mercurys. (Mercuries??) Plug heat range, fuel mixture and oil ratio can make for some mighty confusing plug reads. In my case it was the sliver of a crack in the V8 exhaust gasket, which was letting just a breath of fresh air back in. White on the exhaust side, too much oil and dark everywhere else. IF the temps are good and the scooter runs fine, don't sweat it. Tune by the temps and by BVD Dyno.

Greetings:
300-ish depending upon gauges, which can vary by ~50 sometimes. Never exceed 400.
