If it's snapped off clean at the surface of the block, remove the head/jug and buy an "Easy Out." Go to the hardware store, they'll know what it is. Take the dimension of the bolt you need extracted with you. Look at the side of the Easy Out, it will list a drill bit. If you don't have the right size at home, buy it too while you're there. Then follow the instructions. Put rags in the case to keep out metal shavings. You're looking at about $10 in tools.

I would suggest that you get a metric tap to clean out the remaining holes, or at least clean and oil the bolts before tightening in the future. Sounds like you have some corrosion in the block.

well im noso sre it actually was at 7. the torque wrench just kept reading 7 as i tightened it. it never wnet up
soo i think the culprit might be the torque wrench(never usin that one again)o well soo how do i do this. i drill a hole in the bolt thats inside? how much would it cost to get a shop to do it?

you drill out the center of the bolt, and use the easy out. i strongly recommend a punch so u drill it dead center. u dont wanna hit the threads.

a punch is a tool u hit with a hammer, and it makes a small dent in the metal. so the bit doesnt "walk"

i dont know about a shop. take somthing sharp and try and scratch the bolt. if it doesnt scratch its hardened, and u cant drill it.

If you snap a head bolt stud it will not go into the case! sooo! what seems to be the problem!
