Honda Spree and Elite 50 Forums

I have an 87 Honda Elite, that I think is over fueling. It will run for a while or couple miles, after about a mile of going 35pmh... it fouls a plug. I know this seems like a stupid question, but could it be the oil that over fueling causing the plug to foul, or the gas? Thanks anyone for you help!

My guess is that its either:

Your float valve in the carb is faulty
Your petcock is stuck open or
the main jet is too big?

Is this a problem that is new with the scooter and it was running right before?

Or...

Is this a new scoot to you and you are trying to get it running right?
