This one is for bandit240. He sent me some case halves that "slept with the fishes" for awhile. Scooter was submerged in a pond or swamp for who knows how long. Pics are before and after glass-bead blast.

Pretty pitted but clean

They don't look that bad. Alot better than when i sent them. The more i think i about it, i think that sucker was in salt water.

Are You going to clear it, or paint it, or polishi it ?
Maybe powder coating.

did you glassbead by the intake ports?

Probably one coat of clear and trans cover was not included so no.

I did a very quick pass over that area since it was dirty but i was careful, that area cleaned up alot easier than the rest.

That's incredible. I have a few cases that resemble the top set of pictures. What's the charge? I could stand to have a couple of spare motors on the shelf.
