My very first spree i restored it and bought a bored 25 over kit on ebay. Im sure wherever you go to bore the cylander out they could probably order a piston and rings set for you. Or you can get on from the honda dealer after you bore it out and get on their. The honda dealers have every nos spree part you need. It just costs allot. cya

No such thing. We can't even find a source (yet) for 2mm overbore pistons.
You might be able to get a Vision/Aero bore to work, but you'd need to rework the fan shrouds and exhaust.

Would this aero big bore kit be used in a spree? If not can anyone tell me where I can get a oversized piston for the spree?
Thanks

Contact Maddog via PM for a 2mm over piston (43mm diam) made by JCC Piston, in Korea. These fit the Spree. Call around first to find a shop that will bore the cylinder for it (I'm having trouble with that here.)

Not to my knowledge. Let us know if you find out otherwise. JCC was the only source I could find.

For those of you that are lookin for an 25 over piston or 50 over the honda dealer has em. The 25 over piston was 37 bucks...not sure of how much the 50 over is though. Gaskets and rings are extra. They quoted me 100 bucks for gaskets .025 piston and rings. The place is called shawmutt hills honda and the number is 616-453-5467. You would have to get the cylinder bored by a shop though. Ebay currently has a .025 block on there for 75.00 or best offer. The item number for that is 4628461992. So basically for around 175.00 you have everything ya need to do the .025 bore over. Hope it helps.

He's talking about the Spree big bore kit. Those don't exist.
Before you buy the Honda parts, contact Maddog here and/or Greg at
uspmale@yahoo.com. Maddog may be able to get you a piston kit (includes rings, bearings, circlips) for that for much less than Honda dealership. Greg may have a good used piston/jug set he can sell you.
