Honda Spree and Elite 50 Forums

I bought a scooter from a friend for a killer deal. Only 2 years old with 726KM on it for 400.00 . Anyways it has some issues. it doesnt charge. so the turn signals and brake lights dont work. I am as we speak taking all the plastic off and going to check and make sure everything is connected and such. it ran very very well. It will sling me down the road at 45mph.

Any and all information you have would be great. tips and tricks for diagnosing it. this is the closest picture of the scooter I could find.
