stock roller weight?
I was wondering if anyone knew if there is a difference in roller weight between a "sr" and a "s"?
Sa50p: port/polish, custom vari, 88mj, restrictions removed. 47 mph
Re: stock roller weight?
The weights are the same, the sr is the deresticted version of the s...

Re: stock roller weight?
Greetings:
My stock 2001 SA50 Elite SR engine featured 8.5-gram rollers in its untouched variator, personally weighed. My 1998 SA50P short block (turned into Flash 4) had heavier weights for sure - methinks they were 10s but I'm not positive about that. Might've been 9s or 9.5s. Definitely not the same as the SR though.

Re: stock roller weight?
I just double checked the fiche diagram for the 2001 models.
The SA50P and the SA50 roller weights do indeed have different part numbers from Honda-san himself.

S & SR Rollers
Greetings:
Belatedly I remembered the '98 P rollers. They were flat-spotted almost to the brass bushing! They were White, and weighed over 9 grams, although the weight of the missing makes their original specs uncertain. The SR rollers were dark brown.
