Any ideas on how to troubleshoot as to why its sticking?

If I give the lever a squeeze it will lock up the brake until i mess with the very end of the brake line where it ends with the nut-thing by the wheel. ( Ive unscrewed it now to where it just spins when i turn it... Anyone have any idea whats going on?

Try re-lubricating the front brake cable, the swivel joint on the front brake hub, and/or lube up the front brake lever. I would first try those things, and if that doesn't work, then you might have an internal problem with the brake shoes or the return spring. Let us know if that works or what you find out.

Good luck,

The brake cam has rust on it, clean it off and grease it, same with the rear brakes also pack the speedo drive gear with grease.
