Quickie, as in gonna clean and ride. Hopefully. Anyways, here's the start:

Then there was an explosion:

Not sure if I am going to keep the blinkers or not along with the glovebox. Depends on how much blinkers are. I saw them on the honda parts site for $15 each, except RR not available. Also need L/H brake lever. I broke it trying to straighten it out from a 45┬░ angle. I had it about 95% of the way and thought, "one more tap" uh-huh.

Quick questions.

Will the '86 rear panels along with the floorboard and legshield fit on a '87 with no modifications? Not worried about lighting hookups.

Or, does the '87 engine fit the '86 with just minor wire mods?

Thank you.

It will fit, might have a slight gap at the tail section about 1/4 inch

That engine will be a plug and play affair, direct bolt-on to your 86'

Came from Texas, I guess there's a lot of dust out there. Dirt and oil mix, but it comes off real easy... Strange.

There is some rust, but not the bad kind. Most of the crud came off with a good hosing down.
