more speed for 1987 elite

Every article I see about getting more top end speed addreses 1988 and up. The 1987 looks nothing like the pictures shown for newer ones. I just want 5 or 10 more mph over the stock 25mph. Is there an easy way? The muffler has no restrictor I, need to know how to modify the clutch and belt pulley to get a little extra speed.

i have a 87 and i have a high speed pulley kit. but if u take the plate off the back of the varitor it will give u a couple of extra mph lik 5-10 look in the techs section i put a thing in there how to do it.

the last guys i know of was VT but i could be wrong

yeah and i understand they dont have anymore. someone went lookin not too long ago and left empty handed
