78cc nicasil bore

since my 82cc tawinese bore is trashed i decided to go with the aluminum 49mm 78cc nicasil bore thoughts on it and opinions!

i was told they don't last long- 5,000 mi. but reliable.

Did you prep your Taiwanese bore? I don't think you have to prep the KJT Nikasil bore, it is a true bolt on.

Did you prep your Taiwanese bore? I don't think you have to prep the KJT Nikasil bore, it is a true bolt on.

What do you mean "prep" the bore?
Clean it up. It may fit well enough to bolt right on but most of the Taiwan kits need the installer to check for burs and clean up any casting material on the flange. Chamfer the ports.

It was a wrist pin clip that came loose that killed the Taiwan bore :sad:

The bore was cleaned up
