Well I just went to install my new throttle cable and I'm not sure how far the cable is supposed to screw into the handle bar assembly. I noticed there is a nut that tightens the cable down to handle bar/switch assembly. Do I screw this in all the way or halfway or what?

Is that an additional adjustment of some kind in addition to the adjuster just a little farther down the cable?

I have the cable pretty much installed already but haven't finished so I can screw it in more if needed. Thanks for the help!!

Screw the 90 degree bend into the handle about half way and lock down. This should get you close. After carb is installed, check for freeplay and adjust cable length with the barrel assy that is just after the 90 degree joint if following cable towards engine. Simple install.
