WHAT IT DOES:

-will idle fine
-white exhaust
-will run fine at about 15mph
-after giving it full throttle for bout 10 seconds it will start to stall.
-if you shut it off and let it sit for a minute of two it will start right up and do the same thing.

WHATS BEEN DONE ALREADY:

1. i cleaned the gas tank.
2. cleaned the carb.
3. brand new air filter.
4. clean fuel and vacuum lines.
5. clean petcock.
6.clean jet/ and right size
7. air screw at right adjustment.
8. idle speed screw at right adjustment.
9. wont run with air box vented OR sealed off.

IM SICK OF SPENDING HOURS ON THIS SPREE AND MAKING NO PROGRESS. WHAT ARE MORE POSSIBILITIES.

I want to burn mine too. Join the club. At least yours runs.

Check the belt and driven face. How many miles are on the scoot?

no you would get white smoke out of it unless it was completly clogged. when you give it full throttle the motor is burning more fuel and more smoke because it is wide open. Hense you pipe is somewhat clogged when you open it up the smoke collects in the muffler and backs up. When it backs up it get forced back into the cylinder causing it to to bog out and die.

yeah that makes alot of sense, but how would i clean the muffler without cutting it open. last time i tried cleaneing an older muffler with water and clr i couldnt get all the water oout, it had to evaporate itself er whatever you wanna call it

thats is i know the problems u are haveing are exactily what happend to me. i used dishwasher soap and water. then compressed air to clean it. then i put it on while it had a lil water in it. and it shot out the rest of the junk.

Your carb isn't clean. Your idle jet's plugged, and the bike is only idleing until the bystarter kicks shut. Reclean.
