Any idea of how I should test to see if a battery needs to be replaced? The electric starter has not worked since I got her and nothing works unless its running. How long should I have to ride it to give the battery an appreciabe charge if it will take one? Any tests you can think of? Any advice would be great!

get a voltmeter,if u use it right could be your best friend.

Do a load test.
Using volt meter, check for at least 9 volts. when under load.13 without load.
Does starter make any sound at all?
